Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The “Merrell and Feral Duo24 Race Series Lucky Draw” (“Competition”) is run by Medicus Shoes (Pty) Ltd (“Promoter”) and is open to all South African residents who are 18 (eighteen) years or older.

2. The Competition starts on 00h00 on 19 April 2022 and ends on 23h59 on 22 May 2022 (“Competition Period”).

3. Participation by all entrants (“Entrants”) constitutes acceptance of these Rules.

4. The prize includes:

• A pair of Merrell Shoes of your choice to each team member (max 2) – subject to availability
• R2000 voucher towards accommodation at the Morgan Bay Hotel for the event
• Free entry to the Feral Duo24 Wild Coast Race on 17-19 June 2022 - if you have entered already, you will be reimbursed for your payment (in respect to deposit or full amount paid)

5. Should the Prize referred to above, for any reason whatsoever, become unavailable, the Promoter may in their sole discretion award a prize similar in value.

6. To enter, Entrants must:

• Navigate to (Competition Link)
• Read and comply with the provided instructions – one entry per person. Participants who have already entered the Feral Duo24 Wild Coast Race will received 5 entries to their name.
• Winner needs to be already entered or planning to attend the Feral Duo24 Wild Coast Race – claim the prize within 2 weeks from date of announcement on or before the 1 June 2022

7. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for an Entry not received. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an Entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunication problems, including security breaches.

8. At the end of the Competition Period, a winner will be drawn at random by The Promoter.

9. The Winning Entry will be announced in the month of May 2022.

10. Medicus Shoes Pty (Ltd) shall contact the Winning Entry in the month of May 2022. If the selected Winning Entry is not available after the Promoter makes reasonable attempts of contact, the Winning Entry shall be disqualified and another Winning Entry shall be selected in its place.

11. These Rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition.

12. The Prize is exclusively for the Winning Entry and is not transferable, not exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value.

13. The Prize must be collected as communicated by the Promoter to the Winning Entry, failing which the Winning Entry will forfeit the Prize.

14. The Promoter may make media announcements / publications of the names / photographs of the Entrants, Finalists or Prize winners and such may be posted on its social media pages and/or online platforms provided that any Entrant, Finalist or Prize winner may expressly elect to decline this.

15. By participating in the competition, the Entrants and Prize winner(s) agree to indemnify the Promoter and its associated companies (“Group”), and release and hold the Group harmless against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this competition or resulting from acceptance and participation in the competition including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
