Bekker Trails is situated in Zeekoeihoek, Magaliesburg and was the next stop for Voets Toets Hiking, for another Winter's adventure.
There are 3, 6, 8, 10 and 16 km routes on offer

Route:
We rated this trail easy to moderate. Voets Toets Hiking completed the 10 km trail. The first 8 km of the trail was fairly flat and easily manageable. The trail has a variety of landscapes, ranging from lush forests, the Magalies River, working farmlands and mountain scenery.

Field Notes:
The route was easily manageable, but a hiking stick is recommended especially for the mountain descent. There were ropes to assist on the way down which really helped with stabilisation. Merrell shoes will provide you with the confidence to navigate the rocky and more challenging land.

This was truly an enjoyable trail. It offered us such variety of trail experiences and we even had the owner's furry friend join us on our journey. 🐶 The farm stall offers delicious boerie rolls and other treats. Our farm yard friends also made an appearance which was a great way to end off our day.
