Our last day had arrived and we were proud of our achievements so far. This was an easy trail in terms of distance and technicality. The route led us gently down the mountain into the pine forests below. We were greeted by all the hard working tree fellers busy with their daily grind. The trail was flat and easy to navigate. We could see we were back in civilization as we passed many houses in the area and saw the road leading to Graskop. We reached President Burger Hut where we unpacked and put our feet up for a well deserved break.

This particular trail required the regular day pack essentials such as hydration, sunscreen and energy snacks. Our trusted Merrell boots provided us with ample comfort and support - as usual - ensuring that we will always be ready for the next adventure.
