We completed the 10 km trail. It's a well marked route and is well maintained. Most of the route was shady, which was a great relief from the hot summer sun. It's rated as an intermediate trail, but is easily navigated. Some sections are rocky, but manageable. We stopped for a quick snack break at the stream which was a peaceful and cooling break from the heat.

Sun protection was a must due to hot weather experienced. Adequate hydration/electrolytes is recommended. Our preferred Merrell footwear gave us good support on the rocky sections of the trail.
